📦 Shipping Policy

🕒 Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message once your parcel is shipped.

📍 Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 working days (depending on location)
• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

💰 Shipping Charges:

• PKR 200–300 (based on city/weight)
• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5000

🔍 Tracking:

• You’ll get a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp.
• Track your order through the courier’s website.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

🕒 Time Frame:

• Return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility:

To qualify for return/exchange:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized/made-to-order products
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

🔁 Exchange:

• Allowed for size issues, wrong item, or product defects
• Free exchange shipping if the fault is ours
• If customer requests exchange (size/color), shipping cost applies

💰 Refunds:

Refunds are allowed only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or out of stock
• You choose not to exchange

• EasyPaisa / JazzCash
• Original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless our mistake).
