Exchange Policy – Siker Supplies

At Siker Supplies, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a smooth exchange process.


📅 Exchange Time Frame

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by your order number or receipt

🔁 Reasons We Accept Exchange

  • Received wrong size or color
  • Product has a minor defect or damage (reported within 24 hours)
  • Customer wants to exchange for another size or color (if available)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Used or worn products

💸 Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong item/defective), we cover the exchange shipping.
  • If the exchange is requested due to personal preference or size issue, customer bears shipping costs both ways.

📦 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days
  2. Mention your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Send clear photos of the item (if applicable)
  4. Wait for our approval before sending the item
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send the replacement (based on availability)
