Exchange Policy – Siker Supplies
At Siker Supplies, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a smooth exchange process.
📅 Exchange Time Frame
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by your order number or receipt
🔁 Reasons We Accept Exchange
- Received wrong size or color
- Product has a minor defect or damage (reported within 24 hours)
- Customer wants to exchange for another size or color (if available)
❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Used or worn products
💸 Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is from our side (wrong item/defective), we cover the exchange shipping.
- If the exchange is requested due to personal preference or size issue, customer bears shipping costs both ways.
📦 Exchange Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days
- Mention your order number and reason for exchange
- Send clear photos of the item (if applicable)
- Wait for our approval before sending the item
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send the replacement (based on availability)
